Position(s) of Interest:

1. Representative:

As a representative at Edu Insect Tutors Academy, You must understand that the role involves engaging with potential clients and providing them with information about the academy's offerings. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students and parents. You should be confident in your ability to represent the academy positively, convince the client, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

2. Online Tutor:

The online tutor position is crucial for delivering quality education in a virtual setting. You should possess a strong background in your field for teaching and have experience of using various online teaching tools (Google meet, Zoom) to create engaging and interactive lessons. You must have a goal as an online tutor is to foster a supportive learning environment that encourages students to excel academically, adapting your teaching methods to meet their individual needs.

3. Home Tutor:

As a home tutor, You recognize the importance of personalized education tailored to each student's unique learning style. You must have successfully worked with students in their homes, providing one-on-one instruction that focuses on their specific needs. Your approach involves assessing each student's strengths and weaknesses, developing customized lesson plans, and tracking their progress to ensure continuous improvement.

4. Front Desk Department:

The front desk department serves as the first point of contact for students and parents at Edu Insect Tutors Academy. You must  believe on your organizational skills and attention to detail make you an ideal candidate for this role. You must have experience for  managing administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. You must be proficient in various office software and can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment.
